Service Description
Combining Hatha yoga with energising and fluid practice of Vinyasa yoga to move mindfully and synchronise breath with movement. Including restorative breath-work and calming visualisation techniques. Whether you are aiming to improve flexibility, build strength or regain a sense of connection with the body and calm the mind. Price per class. Studio booking fee paid separately if applicable.

Cancellation Policy
Voluntary participation I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a yoga class, workshop, event or programme with The Creative Flow. Acknowledgment I am aware that participation in the yoga class, workshop, event, or programme, either in person, online or live streamed, includes physical movement which carries with it the risk of injury. I acknowledge that a certain minimum level of physical health and fitness will be required. By signing up for any class, workshop, event or programme, I agree that I possess the level of health necessary to participate in these activities. I participate in these activities with knowledge of the risks of injury. I assume all responsibility and liability for any and all injuries I may sustain due to participation in these activities.

I agree to make The Creative Flow aware of any health concerns or pre-existing conditions either verbally or by email, and also fill in a health information form and disclose any before participating in a class. In the case of pregnancy or being postnatal or post-surgical, by signing up to class you confirm that you have medical approval to participate. I agree to inform The Creative Flow of any medical changes. Release of liability I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against The Creative Flow, the studio or its members for any personal injury, property loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Cancellation policy All sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should sessions be cancelled within this time frame they will not be refunded. If they are cancelled before this time they can be rescheduled if a suitable event is available. If sessions are not rescheduled within 6 months a refund will not be provided. No refunds can be given for no shows, early departure from classes, internet failure (for online classes) or any other unforeseen circumstances. Should the class be cancelled by The Creative Flow a full refund will be given.
